Returns & Refunds
Every piece is made to order just for you, so we keep this simple and honest.
Damaged, misprinted, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives with a printing error, a defect, damage, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Just email shop@annamariavacations.net within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.
You do not need to post anything back to us. Please keep the item, or pass it on to someone who can use it. A clear photo is all our print partner needs to log the fault and get your replacement moving.
If your order never arrives
If your tracking has gone quiet or your parcel simply never turned up, tell us and we will sort it out. Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date shown in your shipping email, and we will either send a replacement or refund you in full.
Wrong size or change of mind
Because each item is printed on demand just for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check our Size Guide before ordering to find your best fit.
Wrong addresses and unclaimed parcels
If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it sat uncollected at a depot or post office and was returned, we can absolutely send it out again. A reshipping charge applies in that case, since the first delivery has already been paid for and used up.
If you spot a typo in your address, email us straight away. If your order has not gone to print yet, we can usually catch it in time and there is nothing to pay.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, the same card or account you paid with. Once we approve it on our end, your bank usually takes a few business days to show it on your statement.
Shipping & Delivery
Made on demand, printed and shipped just for you.
- Because each item is made to order, production takes about 2 to 5 business days before your order ships.
- Once it ships, delivery within the United States typically takes another 3 to 5 business days.
- You will receive an order confirmation the moment you buy, and a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
- Shipping is on us. Every order ships free within the United States, with no minimum. There is nothing extra to pay at checkout.
Privacy Policy
The short version: we use your details to get your order to you, and that is it.
When you place an order we collect only what we need to make and ship it, your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Your payment goes straight to our secure payment processor, so we never see or store your card number.
We use that information only to fill your order and keep you posted on it, and we share it just with the trusted partners who print and ship it for us. We never sell your information to anyone.
